Rehab Training Institute

Real Estate and Housing Association of Bangladesh (REHAB) is the only representative trade organization in the private housing sector of this country. It is conducting various activities as part of its social responsibility. In continuation of this, REHAB Training Institute has been established with the aim of creating skilled manpower for the construction industry of the country. There is a huge demand for trained skilled manpower in the country and abroad. Training makes our manpower skilled and the labor cost of skilled manpower is high for related reasons. The annual remittance amount of Bangladeshis working abroad is about 16 billion US dollars (Source-BIDS-2016). Which is increasing day by day. Skilled manpower has given more momentum to earn foreign exchange. To build a better life free from the curse of unemployment, there is no alternative to real technical training. REHAB Training Institute is working relentlessly towards that end. This plan is only a reflection of the growing economy of Bangladesh and the demand of the international labor market. Education is a prerequisite for development in national life. And to take Bangladesh forward towards development and prosperity by facing the challenges of a rapidly changing world, we need a well-educated manpower. In this era of modern science and technological advancement, if we are to survive and face the challenges of the 21st century, we must transform our manpower into a human resource.

In view of this, REHAB established the Rehab Training Institute in Panthopok, Dhaka in 2015 to provide practical training on 5 subjects in the national interest. The students are being given hands-on training in a beautiful environment under very close supervision by a team of experienced trainers.
